• Leads advanced security reviews across Microsoft 365, azure hybrid infrastructure, firewalls, and endpoint protection platforms.

• Designs and refines security controls aligned with frameworks such as NIST and ISO to support SOC 2, PCI, and HITRUST requirements.

• Oversees complex incident response and escalation, from phishing attacks and account compromise to endpoint and network level threats.

• Guides security elements of client projects, including new site build outs, cloud migrations, and integration of XDR, MDR, and EDR platforms.

Led enterprise security strategies using Microsoft Defender and Arctic Wolf SIEM, maintained a consistently audit ready posture, and managed SOC 2, HITRUST, and PCI audits using platforms such as Drata and KnowBe4. Directed a team of engineers and contractors while improving project delivery and incident response performance.

IT Site Manager, Everise

Built out infrastructure for a two thousand user site in Bogotá, delivered 99.9 percent uptime, and improved ticket resolution times through strong technical leadership and training.

Network and Telecom Leadership, Miami Dade College

Oversaw network and telecom operations across eight campuses, resolved complex outages, and implemented standards that improved reliability and reduced ongoing costs.
